Pete is known to us as "Pop". He is Ella and Scott's great grandfather, Kim's grand-father, and Suzie's dad. Some of his best times in his final years were spent holding and watching his great grand-children.

Pete's greatest passion was for his family. He and our mom Astrid set a wonderful example for all of us with their 61 years of marriage. Astrid died on July 18, 1998. We thank them for their gentle guidance and elegant example. We will miss them both. Water sports played a major part in his life and rowing was especially important so we chose to honor and remember him at the Long Beach Marine Stadium.

Pete's family wishes to thank everyone for their help and kind thoughts and especially for sharing their wonderful memories with us!
