Kim, Kevin, Ella, Scott and...
Suzie's note after Sean's arrival — April 9,2004 His birth size puts him between Ella and Scott in weight and is the longest (tallest?). I'm not sure who he looks like but he is definitely different from Ella and Scott. Grammy Marge reports that from photos he looks more like Kevin than the first two. |

Two or three days before the due date the newest
Baxter arrived at UCLA Medical Center to great fanfare. In the
afternoon of the same day Kevin defended his dissertation at USC
and we can now call him "Doctor"! All are doing wonderfully
and are still excited. I had
the privilege of being present for Sean's birth (THANK YOU Kim
and Kevin for inviting me and Beth Siracuse for making it possible).
It is all really amazing and wonderful to see so many people working
together to make a positive experience for all. Special thanks
go to Beth, Kim and Kevin's doula, the UCLA nursing staff and the
residents on duty that morning! |
